At Emeralswhisper.com our top priority is our customer satisfaction. You may return your online order up to 14 days after receipt. Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion.
Once we have your return package, we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed.
The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.
Shipping Policies
All the shipping costs regarding your item will be covered by us. Shipments are insured and tracked by the most reliable shipping companies FedEx/DHL having a delivery time rate between 72 hours during the business days.
Our warehouse and factory is based on Ramat Gan, once an order is placed, our team will start creating the shipping label and you will receive an email notification.
You will receive your order in no more than 2-3 working days, regardless if your are located in Edmonton,Canada or Mumbai, India for example.
